Damn the back pain.

Went to see the Dr today.

Given some painkillers. Apparently also given a higher level painkiller.

BUT IT'S NOT WORKING!!!


Got some bubble tea to make myself happy.

But it didn't really taste as nice as the previous one I got.




Seriously, the meds made me sleepy. ONLY.

The pain is still quite annoying.

I WANT TO GO BACK TO WORK TOMORROW.

I'll update again another day.

Crazy Monday.

Damn crazy Monday.





We were so busy, I could only breathe during lunchtime.

I can finally fly! Really fly from one room to another.

Give me 2 seconds and I'll be there.

That should go into my resume. Hehehe.





I would have wanted to head out for lunch, but it's still better to save money. Especially now I'll be going back to school next year.

Jane & I were like 2 hungry ghosts who just got released. Just befitting, now that the ACTUAL gates have been closed. Hehehe

First time I saw her eating at like SUPERFAST SPEED!

Quite scary, actually...






Really, time passes by too fast when you're resting, and literally moves too slowly when you're at work.

Can't it be the complete opposite?


Can't wait for Tuesday to come!

Just want to rest for one more day.

JUST. ONE. MORE. DAY.

Can't we just have another half day for Monday.

Having a full day off on a working half day is super demoralising.

50% of Singapore's population is probably enjoying a good Monday off, before another Tuesday public holiday.

DAMNIT!!!

My entire body is aching like every single muscle is going to rip apart.

Nothing dirty.

Anyway, my mom decided to head down to Ngee Ann City today to get some mooncakes from Shangri-la Hotel. Ngee Ann City always has this mooncake expo sort of thing going on every year.

There's not much worry about not being able to find most of the major hotel names, and even a few new emerging bakeries & eateries showcasing their mooncakes.

"EEEEE, the Shangri-la mooncake tastes different from the one I had that day from the teacher!"

Like seriously, I don't know how the Shangri-la mooncake tasted like. But since she said that it didn't taste like the one she had, as well as the packaging not looking similar, we decided to get mooncakes from another retailer.

And off we went, in search for the next personal favourite mooncake.

And we've managed to qualify Goodwood Park Hotel's mooncakes.

They're pretty decent, with a not-so-sweet lotus paste & good smooth texture.

We decided to get the ones from Goodwood Park after trying out the mooncakes from other retailers (my mom's a pretty picky eater. Well, so am I, but definitely less picky than she is).


Dinner at F.I.S.H. at Somerset 313. My mom didn't really like Fish & Co, though I don't really remember why she doesn't like them. So I was thankful she liked F.I.S.H., knowing that it's a sister branch from Fish & Co.




One thing I like about F.I.S.H. is their salad bar. It's a salad buffet! I used that to kind of buy my mom over to have dinner at F.I.S.H. (hey, it worked!), and I have to say, she liked it. Though not head over heels, but she doesn't mind coming back again.

She likes it!








We really made good use of the complimentary salad buffet that comes with ordering a main dish.

I just don't remember how many times we raped attacked the salad bar.

It's salad! It's damn healthy!

Until you start using the sauces.

We went window shopping after getting mooncakes, and we sort of indulged in a bit of high-class experience as well. I stepped into a Burberry, Mont Blanc & Bally store for the first time!

Felt damn ATAS!

WOOT!

But damnit, looking at the price tag of S$500 for an Ermenegildo Zegna long wallet made my pocket disappear.

One day... ONE DAY, I SHALL OWN A BALLY/ERMENEGILDO ZEGNA/MONT BLANC/PRADA* (delete where appropriate) WALLET!



Got myself another new ring.

Now I have 3 rings in my collection.

MY DAMN MISERABLY PUNY COLLECTION.


Settled for a Fossil long wallet first.

Looks nice, and so was the service staff who served me.

DAMN CUTE!!! I JUST WANT TO SQUEEZE HIS CHEEKS!!!

I got free pencils too!!!



Ay, don't see this long wallet no up ah.

Damn soft leather.

I wanted to literally bend and twist it at the Fossil store. LIKE LITERALLY.

Kept my itchy hands away.

Super don't feel like using them at all.

Their pencil sharpener is quite heavy. Don't know why they need to have a heavier-than-usual sharpener...


And kept in a very PWEETY brown Fossil pouch, with a complimentary Fossil catalogue.

Just saw a couple of watches that really looked nice!

Time to save money! AND BURN SOME POCKET HOLES!

I seriously can't wait to eat the mooncakes.

I should get some snowskin ones for myself. Since my mom doesn't like them (she thinks they're not mooncake-like enough).
